Ben Zain speaks at Runable's first in-person event in Japan

On 14 October 2026, we held "Learn AI × social media with Ben Zain and Runable", a hands-on event at artia Gotanda in Tokyo. It was the first in-person event in Japan for the AI agent Runable, and S&U CEO Ben Zain took the stage.

Runable's two co-founders came from India

Runable is an AI agent that runs a small or solo business "from start to finish". It raised US$21 million in a Series A in August 2026. Co-founders Umesh Kumar (CEO) and Saksham Sarda flew in from India and showed how to use it in a live demo.

AI-assisted video editing

S&U's editing team walked through real examples of editing video with AI. Since October 2026, Ben Zain's videos have been made with AI-assisted editing.

AI that delivers outcomes, not answers

In the Runable session, the team showed on screen how Runable takes a request all the way to a finished website or slide deck.

Participants handed real work to Runable

Everyone came with a laptop. In the hands-on session, all participants gave Runable the same brief and compared the results together.

The most common question was about video

27 questions arrived with the registrations. The most common topic was video production, editing and automated posting.

An online webinar for those who couldn't come
